AWS SDK Go v2 maintains backward compatibility within a major version; new service shapes are additive. The repo uses only stable, top-level entry points (NewFromConfig, paginators, DownloadObject) — no breaking surface touched.
  • google.golang.org/api 0.285.0: Release notes are entirely "auto-regenerate discovery clients" (additive). The repo only imports google.golang.org/api/iterator, which is a stable helper untouched by discovery regeneration. (Note: the actual Cloud Run clients in cloudrun.go — run.NewServicesClient etc. — come from cloud.google.com/go/run, not this module, so they're unaffected.)

Suggested follow-ups

  • Confirm CI build + internal/aws / internal/cloudrun tests pass (I couldn't run go build here due to sandbox restrictions).
  • No code changes needed.
